Returns & Refund Policy

At our brand, each floral arrangement is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. For this reason, returns and refunds will only be considered in situations where the delivered product does not meet the agreed quality or specifications:

• If the flowers show clear signs of damage or deterioration upon delivery
• If the design or type of vase does not match what was selected by the customer at the time of purchase 

To ensure a prompt resolution, any issue must be reported within a short period after receiving the order.

En nuestra marca, cada arreglo floral es elaborado con el máximo cuidado y atención al detalle. Por ello, las devoluciones y reembolsos solo serán considerados en situaciones donde el producto entregado no refleje la calidad o especificaciones acordadas:

• Cuando las flores presenten signos evidentes de deterioro al momento de la entrega
• Cuando el diseño o el tipo de vase no coincida con lo previamente seleccionado por el cliente

Para garantizar una pronta solución, es indispensable que cualquier inconveniente sea reportado en un corto período de tiempo tras la recepción del pedido.
